High school graduates or upper, major in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Experience in engineering, or maintenance.
Experience in maintaining all physical plant systems, machinery and equipment.
Familiar with Japanese legal Laws such as fire fighting, high pressure gas.
High Pressure Gas handling license holder preferred

Job
Develop, implement, improve and maintain ESH related policies and procedures of EMJ Yokkaichi site to actively support the general business objectives. Coordinate EMJ Yokkaichi operation with other site of EVONIK to cope with corporate ESH policies and standards.

Skill & Experience
Several years of experience in the ESH and/or production department of chemical company
Familiar with High Pressure Gas Safety Law, Fire Service Law and Labor Safety & Health Law and other chemical production related law.
Preferably fluent in speaking and writing English
